Community Outreach:
At Owners Only Real Estate we believe in doing good by doing good. We are committed to finding ways to support our local community and are always looking for more opportunities to give back.
Here are a few of the ways we have made a difference recently:

Coat Drive: Last winter we sponsored a coat drive to support a local public elementary school. Hall Fletcher was grateful for our support and the help in keeping their students warm through the cold months.

Voter Registration: We feel everyone has a voice that needs to be heard and that the best way for our voices to BE heard is to VOTE! We’re proud to be active in our community helping to register voters.

Black Mountain Blues Festival: We were excited and honored to be founding sponsors of the inaugural Black Mountain Blues Festival! Our support helped bring world class talent to venues throughout Black Mountain and featured many excellent local performers as well.

The Big Secret Family Festival: We’ve been proud sponsors of this amazing family friendly “kid-hop” festival for several years now. It’s a wonderful benefit right here in Asheville!

Waynesville Public Art Commission: We’re a multi year sponsor of the annual dog show the Waynesville Public Art Commission puts on in September.

Feeding the Hungry: In 2025 one of our goals is to help offset the costs of meals served in schools. We want all children to be served a nutritious school meal without it causing financial strain to their families.
