How Much Is Your Home Worth?

A full time real estate innovator since 2007, Jason Brodsky created Owners Only Real Estate to bring a higher level of advocacy and representation to Western North Carolina.
His own experiences in transacting real estate made it clear that there was a need for a world class real estate team that would focus on providing unbiased advice and perspective to the buying and selling public.
They say no one succeeds alone and at Owners Only Real Estate you get a team of hardworking and seasoned professionals to help you succeed in reaching your real estate goals.
Everyone at Owners Only Real Estate is committed to delivering an outstanding experience to our clientele.
Buying or selling a home is rarely just about the property.
There is usually a reason behind the move — a career change, a growing family, retirement, a divorce, the loss of a loved one, a desire to build wealth, or simply the feeling that it is time for something different.
At Owners Only Real Estate, we believe your real estate professional should understand that bigger picture. Our approach is built around advocacy, communication, market knowledge, and problem-solving. We work to understand what you are trying to accomplish and then develop a real estate strategy around your goals. That philosophy is at the heart of Owners Only Real Estate.
Before real estate, Jason Brodsky spent 15 years in the concert sound industry — fast-paced work where excuses don't exist. When something goes wrong before a show, you still have a show. You find the solution, quickly and professionally, without ever disturbing the talent.
That experience shaped the way Jason Brodsky approaches his work, but it was his own experience as a real estate consumer that ultimately led him into the industry. After a few transactions where he didn't feel properly advocated for, one thing became clear: the level of client advocacy he valued was missing from his own real estate experience.
Owners Only Real Estate was created to close that gap.
Jason Brodsky became a licensed REALTOR® in 2007, just before the 2008 market crash. As many "fair-weather agents" left the business, he studied the professionals who were still succeeding — and noticed something important. Even in a broad buyers' market, certain homes were still selling quickly and sometimes attracting multiple offers.
That observation changed the way he thought about real estate. Even when the broader market favors buyers, the right strategy can create a hyper-local seller's market around an single property.
That experience helped shape the strategy we continue to use today: look beyond the headlines, understand the local market, and create the strongest possible market around our clients' properties.
Three commitments distinguish how our team works:
The market moves faster than most realize. We build your strategy around current data, not last month's headlines.
Our administrative staff are licensed because we believe everyone involved in your transaction should understand real estate.
We don't practice dual agency. We believe clients are best served when their representative can focus on their interests.
At Owners Only Real Estate, we believe expertise should extend throughout the transaction — and we bring specialized experience to situations that require more than standard real estate knowledge.
Divorce real estate
Jason Brodsky is currently studying toward the Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE) designation, a 12-week program led by family law attorneys, mediators, and judges. Our transaction coordinator brings 20+ years of paralegal experience, including years in family law. Together, we’ve successfully guided high-conflict sales that three other firms had given up on.
Life transitions
We recently helped a widow sell her home quickly after an unexpected loss. She needed to move to Miami and needed it done fast.
