Jason is the founder and president of Owners Only Real Estate. He has been selling real estate full time since 2007. A real estate innovator, he shows up with integrity, energy and passion each and every day. Among Jason’s many interests are reading, travel, yoga, vintage stereo equipment and marksmanship. He is also in love with every dog he has ever met. He lives with his wife in Fletcher, NC
Rick is an agent for Owners Only Real Estate. Before he joined the team, he was a client of ours. He was so impressed with how our firm sold two properties for his family that he decided to join us. Rick has many interests but most notable is that he is also a hot air balloon pilot! Rick lives with his family in Canton, NC.
David is an agent for Owners Only Real Estate. David brings decades of construction and development experience to our clientele. He loves live music and the thriving culture of Asheville. He once spent a summer driving across the USA in an RV with his family. He lives with his family on an amazing oasis in West Asheville.
Valerie is our Closing Coordinator and a licensed Realtor. She joined Owners Only Real Estate after spending 20 years as a paralegal. She is a mother of three boys and NOTHING gets past her! She runs the day to day operations and works tirelessly to ensure all of our transactions are bulletproof. She lives with her family in Swannanoa, NC
